All prices are listed in CAD, and no additional duties apply.
Orders are processed promptly, with an average delivery time of just 3 business days.

Flat Rate:

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.90 CAD for all orders.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 CAD (after discounts are applied).

Delivery:

We partner with various delivery companies to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping Area:

We currently ship only within Canada.

Processing time

Orders placed by 2 PM (PST) are shipped the same day.

Any orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping time

For standard shipping within Canada, ship times range from 2-7 business days.

Out of stock 

If a product that you ordered is currently out of stock, then we will offer the following:

  1. Hold your order and ship once the missing product(s) arrive back in stock.

  2. You receive a refund  for the missing product(s).

 

 

Back ordered items

If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.

Delayed orders

During holidays and the holiday season, orders can be delayed beyond the shipping times indicated.   

 

 

Missing, lost or broken items

  • All liquids in glass containers delivered through any shipping company are not insured and are sent at the risk of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for missing or stolen parcels after they have been delivered by the postal carrier.

  • NonToxicBeauty.ca will not provide any compensation, as the postal system is unable to compensate us in this situation.

Return & Exchange policy

NonToxicBeauty.ca will accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable or final sale are not within our return guidelines. 

Contact us at info@nontoxicbeauty.ca with your Order ID and the product you want to return. We need to be contacted to approve the return!
